About 'El Tigre Hombre'

El Tigre Hombre  is a made-up Mexican folk story and stands for "The Tiger Man" about kids staying home alone under the age of 10. James was one of the victims who had witnessed the tiger man. James is a 9 year old kid who tried to call  911, but something weird happened.
